Madison Capital beat out Aurora Capital Associates and Harry Macklowe for the right to buy and develop the Soho lot on East Houston between Crosby and Broadway, which is currently owned by the MTA. They have now released renderings for the 26,700-square-foot, six-story office and retail building they plan to construct there, and, no, your eyes do not deceive you—it's a big glass rectangle.
