With the crane collapse on the old construction site a fading memory, Turtle Bay's glassy tower o' condos at 305 East 51st Street, dubbed Halcyon, is progressing nicely. We got a peek at some of the (pretty sweet) amenities last month, and now it's on to the apartments themselves. A slew of new units, floorplans included, just listed (h/t BuzzBuzz), starting from a one-bed, one-bath unit on the 10th floor for $1.285 million and topping out at three-bed, 3.5-bath with a study for $4.71 million. That means that while four are already in contract, more than 20 apartments are on the market, with more to come, since the HFZ Capital-developed project has 123 units total. Interiors are designed by S. Russell Groves, and apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows, Poliform kitchens, marble countertops, and brushed bronze fixtures. Two penthouses will sit at the top the 32-story tower, whose community spaces include a library, playroom, golf room, 50-foot heated pool, gym (with sauna, juice bar, and private massage room), an "Aqua Spa," and an outdoor lounge with a landscaped terrace and fire pit. (Here now, those renderings).
