Earlier this week, apartment 7A of 250 West Street in Tribeca sold for $8.2 million, which marked the second-biggest sale of the week, after a unit at 18 Gramercy Park South.
250 West is a former warehouse converted to luxury condos and home to some lovely spreads. The apartment—which spent quite some time on the rental market at $35,000 a month—is 4,105 square feet of monochrome glory and has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, featuring a glassed-in rain shower and a soaking tub. Amenities in the building include a 61-foot indoor lap pool and a 5,000-square-foot roof terrace.
