One NYC broker has a bit of a pigeon fetish. William MacLeod of Miron Properties feeds the much-maligned "flying rats" in Washington Square Park, adopted seven of them, and raised two chicks. His West Village pied-a-terre is where many spend the night?roosting outside, of course. Far from derelict in appearance, though, MacLeod has trained his avian pals not to poop on his designer suits. If they do, well, he has a back-up plan: "Luckily, my dry cleaner is also a parrot guy." [NYT]
