Everybody wants to live in a glass-walled condo building in Tribeca. It's the American Dream! But nobody ever considers the downside, which is that it's totally legal for a creepy artist guy to take pictures of you through your big, glass windows and sell them at an art gallery for big bucks. A Manhattan judge just threw out a lawsuit brought against Arne Svenson by two of his neighbors who realized that pictures of their children, taken without their knowledge, were featured in his exhibit, "The Neighbors."
