Commercial Project Ready To Loom Over Berry Neighbors

Roving photographer Will Femia was wandering along Berry Street when he spotted the latest element of the Berry Street boom. The building is a commercial project near North 14th Street, next to the Berry Park bar, and it still has a few more stories to go before it morphs into the structure shown in that rendering. (The building as it's been constructed so far, however, does already reach to the height of its neighbors. So we're sure they're thrilled to see this project grow!) Anyone know more about this work in progress?
