The Upper East Side and co-op boards: two things that inspire a lot of negative opinions. Such was the case on this week's Pricespotter property, located at 150 East 77th Street. More than half of the comments were not related to the asking price. Of those that were, Captain Cranky Pants was the first to correctly guess the price: $795,000. Not that he was without complaint, in fact Cranky Pants got the anti-co-op ball rolling. "There are hundreds upon hundreds of these units in that area," he wrote. "Hate them all and don't understand the pricing, especially co-ops. You want to inspect my belly button lint to live there for how much?!?!"
