Parking garage-turned-record-setting condo building Love Lane Mews has closed the book on sales. The last unit, a three-bedroom duplex maisonnette, entered contract in July and officially sold for $3.175 million. The building launched sales in 2011, wooing buyers with fireplaces, terraces, and 30-foot long living rooms, and it seems that buyers are still very interested in the building. The first resale hit the market in July and entered contract after less than a month.
