Downtown Brooklyn may not be a hotbed of architectural creativity, but the neighborhood most certainly is a hotbed for new construction. The modular Atlantic Yards, the soon-to-be-tallest building in the borough, several new cultural centers, and the long-planned mixed-use development of City Point are just a few of the projects currently rising in DoBro. Curbed intern David Stein recently made the rounds to photograph the buildings at their latest stages. Above, B2 at Atlantic Yards begins its ascent beside the Barclays Center.
