Warren Lofts, at 37 Warren Street, mostly sold out with little fanfare after it hit the market last year, but the developer held onto the penthouses for a little while longer. Two of them have now hit the market, #PHB and #PHD, and the listings have a few not-very-revealing renderings and, in the case of PHD, a floorplan. PHB is a full floor with a 300-square-foot Hudson River-facing loggia, and PHD is a duplex with a private terrace. The kitchens have custom gray oak millwork and the master bathrooms have calacatta marble all over the place.
