Tribeca's Sterling Mason building, designed by Morris Adjmi, is on the market now with asking prices ranging from $3.9 million to $20 million for a penthouse with a 40-foot-long gallery. The building itself is under construction, and photographer Will Femia snapped a few shots while in the neighborhood the other day.Fun fact: the cement truck is actually pumping from across the block. The view here is of the back of the building, the Greenwich Street side. (The development has an address of 71 Laight Street/401 Washington Street.)
