Architecture firm Gerner Kronick and Valcarcel revealed updated plans for the condo that will replace the Brooklyn Heights Cinema at 70 Henry Street. Instead of demolishing the current one-story structure, it will be completely rebuilt, with an additional three stories of condos plopped on top. The theater will remain on the ground floor, and the building will either be white like the current one or red brick like shown in a previous rendering. LPC will have the final say.
