When non-profit United Cerebral Palsy listed its East 23rd Street headquarters in March, real estate experts estimated it would fetch up to $80 million. Turns out, that was a tad too low. Toll Brothers paid $150 million for the through-block site between Park and Lexington Avenues. It can accommodate up to 200,000-square-feet of residential development.
