Park Your Art Elsewhere!

New, 5 comments

A group of artists filed an appeal of the city's 2010 rules regarding artists in parks, rules which restricted the artists to particular spots in Union Square, Central Park, Battery Park, and the High Line and capped the number of artists who can set up in each park. The artists have officially lost their appeal, the Daily News reports. At least they got some creative protests out of it? [NYDN]
