Just in time for the potential Midtown East rezoning, developer RFR Realty has gotten a $70 million bridge loan for 610 Lexington Avenue. That site has been stalled for years, but at one point it was supposed to be home to a Norman Foster-designed Shangri-La hotel and condos, and later the plan was a regular old hotel and condos designed by SLCE.
