As part of its great Brooklyn sell-off, the Jehovah's Witnesses sold a warehouse and two empty lots in Dumbo to a developer, Urban Realty Partners. The developer has filed several plans for the spots already. Urban Realty Partners hopes to convert the warehouse, a landmarked 1950 building, into a 15-unit condo, though the city has already denied the zoning review filing. A new application for 177 Front Street, currently an empty lot, calls for a 12-story, 105-unit apartment building designed by Aufgang + Subotovsky. ['Stoner; previously]
