Loan servicing firm CW Capital announced last week that the Stuy Town rent refunds?the $173 million settlement to be divided among tenants of the complex who were overcharged on rents between 2007 and 2009?will be not be arriving in October as expected. Instead, tenants' lawyers explain to The Real Deal, the money will arrive in early 2014. The delay is due to the "lengthy calculations" required to figure out the amounts due to current and former Stuy Towners. [Real Deal; previously]
