"This is a fantastic opportunity but nothing more than potentiality. There may have been a "painstaking" renovation, but it's totally incoherent--essentially three different houses, sitting side-by-side, and one of the connections is AN OUTSIDE STAIRCASE. I'd be interested to know the legalities and/or cost issues of making a true combination of the three houses, because I can only assume there is some impediment or else it would have already been done. Aside from that, the interior is very average and stripped of most of the original detail.
