A survey of 100 commercial real estate experts said that Downtown Brooklyn is most likely to become the city's next hated chain-clogged neighborhood. In pro-speak, this translates to "the next Midtown South" and "the neighborhood to watch." The survey found that 17 percent of repsondents said DoBro is more likely to see "soaring rents" over the next year than any other neighborhood, including development-heavy areas like the west side around Hudson Yards.
