Hedge fund billionaire Steven Cohen is a man of many homes (and weird old man statues), all of which Forbes magazine recently catalogued. While Cohen is still waiting for someone to pay the absurd sum of $115 million for his One Beacon Court penthouse, he's busy building a new McMansion at 145 Perry Street. Cohen bought the 8,250-square-foot site last year for $38.8 million with plans to build himself a new abode. Hopefully he has better luck than the failed boutique hotel or townhouses previously proposed for the site.
