Floral Park is one of those New York City neighborhoods that feels worlds away from New York City, and one of the many reasons why is that it's home to such housing oddities as the North Shore Towers?a gated community (with a private golf course) more akin to something in West Palm Beach rather than the five boroughs. This ridiculous 2,700-square-foot penthouse sits atop the tower at 269-10 Grand Central Parkway, and it takes the tacky Florida vibe to a whole new level, with a white leather couch (that we've seen before), abstract sculptures, porcelain floors, a glass-canopied terrace, and mirrored metal ceilings in the kitchen. The master bath has a jacuzzi, of course, and a "jumbo glass stall shower." The 4BR/3.5BA place is asking an even $2 million.
