Just a reminder that the proposal to bring the Aluminaire House, plus new apartment buildings, to the the Sunnyside Gardens Historic District will go before the Landmarks Preservation Commission on September 24. The developers want to make the 1931 house, the first ever prefab aluminum house a museum funded by the money from eight new apartments built around it.
