How Much for a Ground-Floor Co-op on the Upper East Side?

New, 21 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 2BR/1BA on the ground floor of a co-op building in the East 70s.
Square Feet: 850
Maintenance: $1,236

This Upper East Side co-op features a foyer with two coat closets, as well as a gallery/dining area of not-insignificant size—as you can see from the listing photos, it comfortably fits a piano. The living room and kitchen are also both nicely sized, although the appliances do not appear to have been installed at all recently. The bedrooms are both very small. The building also has a live-in super and an elevator to the shared roof deck. How much is the seller asking?
