Another Edition hotel is coming to New York City, this time to Times Square. The luxury brand under the Marriott umbrella already has an outpost in the works atop Madison Square Park's iconic clocktower (pictured), and the 452-roomer planned for 701 Seventh Avenue would be number two. Co-owners Winthrop Realty Trust, Witkoff Group, and New Valley LLC also announced a refinancing agreement for the prime site that includes a new $237.5 million mortgage and a $315 million mezzanine loan.
