Sold Stuff

The December buyer of 170-174 East Second Street has been identified as none other than Jared Kushner. The six-story 34-unit walk up and the neighboring five-story nine-unit building were acquired by Kushner for $17.5 million from Keystone Group's founder Erez Itzhaki, who claims to have sold the buildings off to focus his energies on other deals. Kushner's dished out at least $205.5 million on acquisitions across the East Village alone since August 2012. We have a feeling he won't be slowing down any time soon. [TRD]
