Commenters were not altogether taken with this week's Pricespotter, an awkward 2BR on the ground floor of a co-op building in the East 70s (the exact address turns out to be 325 East 77th Street). The guesses, however, were pretty spot on, with one anonymous commenter getting it exactly right at $725,000. A few people also came within $10,000, but overall the guesses tended to overestimate the asking price slightly, with an average guess of $782,154.
