Towering Possibilities

New, 3 comments

A development site at 141 Willoughby Street across from City Point recently sold to the investment firm Savanna. The site currently holds a three-story building that was used by the Institute of Design and Construction, but, as-of-right, Savanna can build up to 120,000-square-feet of residential.
