This corner duplex in Boerum Hill, near the Fort Greene border, offers an office overlooking the living room and a private 132-square-foot terrace in addition to its two beds and two baths. The living room has double height ceilings (well, part of it does) and the whole apartment looks very nice—a lot nicer than the building does from the outside. (It does, however, appear to be above a deli, so that's good.) It's also within easy walking distance of basically every subway line. So, what do you think it thinks it's worth?
