Mavrix Group's Erin Wicomb talked to the Post about his twisty 51-story condo project at 92 Fulton Street, revealing some new details: Mavrix is still looking into adding more parcels to make the tower bigger (initial reports suggested that it could grow as tall at 75 stories), there will be a small amount of retail space, and he hopes to charge $2,000 per square foot when the project is completed in 2016. As it stands now, the building would contain 96 units and a total of 114,000 square feet. [NYP (last item), via The Real Deal; previously]
