Michael Strahan Finally Ditches Tribeca Loft For $640K Profit

New, 10 comments

Former New York Giant and current talk show host Michael Strahan finally sold off his Tribeca Space loft at 25 Murray Street for $2.3 million, according to Luxury Listings NYC. That's $500,000 above the asking price from the second time he listed it. Strahan bought the 1,911-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom pied-a-terre in 2008 for $1.66 million with plans to renovate, but that never came to be. Raking in a $640,000 profit for doing nothing isn't bad. Strahan has tried to unload the space a few times since '08: first in the fall of 2009 for $1.85 million, and finally this past September for $2.25 million. It even got a Selling New York mention. Who bought the PriceUpped property, though, remains to be seen until the deal hits public record.
