An eight-story condo building currently being built in East Harlem at 304-308 East 109th Street is up for sale. The price? $15.5 million.
Douglas Elliman is marketing the project, which will have 20 units: 12 one-bedrooms, two two-bedrooms, and six three-bedrooms. All units will feature "spacious loft-like layouts" and open kitchens with custom cabinetry and Bosch appliances, and some will have private terraces and balconies. Amenities will include a roof deck, gym, private and common storage, and a central laundry room. There will also be a penthouse with floor-to-ceiling windows and three private terraces. The project will be completed by late May or early June, with a 421a tax abatement in place for 15 years.
