"Checked it out at the OH Sunday and discovered the key quirk that accounts for the 'value' pricing: you have to take 2 different elevators to reach the apartment. That's right: you go lobby-to-5 on elevator #1, then cross a hallway and get onto a strikingly slow hydraulic elevator to reach the PH. The latter lift also has old-fashioned gates which, when left open, cause the lift not to be call-able! (When we left the broker implored us to close the gate when we got back to 5 to make the switch on the way out.)
