More Pricing Details Released for Silverstein's 30 Park Place

New, 25 comments

'Tis a good day for launching teaser sites. Silverstein Properties' long-awaited Four Seasons project at 30 Park Place claimed its place on the internet today with a new marketing website. It's sparse on details, but it does provide some new information on pricing. We knew that the most expensive units would reach as high as $34 million, and the teaser site reveals the approximate starting price points for the rest of the units: one-bedrooms from $2.5M, two-bedrooms from $3.7M, three-bedrooms from $4.5M, four-bedrooms from $8.4M, and five-bedrooms from $17M.

The largest of the 157 condos will measure a whopping 6,000-square-feet. A 185-room (not, as previously reported, 149-room) Four Seasons hotel will occupy the 926-foot-tall tower's first 38 floors, while the condos will reside in the rest. The property will include a five-star restaurant, as well as a landscaped park, and it will be complete in mid-2016. But more importantly, sales should start this spring. Can't wait to see those Robert A.M. Stern-designed interiors and floorplans.
