Rental Redux

New, 5 comments

If at first you don't succeed as condos, try, try again as rentals. Curbed readers scoffed when the church-to-condo conversion 541 Leonard Street in Greenpoint came to market with units priced more than $2M each, and the reaction was on point. They found no buyers. Now, the 1,900- to 2,800-square-foot units have resurfaced as rentals, asking $9,600 per month. Still seems a tad high, no? [BBH; previously]
