Amongst the statement's highlights: "Let's be clear, today's crisis at LICH has been created by SUNY's failure to work collaboratively, or within the law, to find a solution for more than a year," and "The RFP is burdened with hundreds of millions of dollars in questionable liabilities; designed to undervalue healthcare and overvalue luxury housing..." PROSPECT PARK—Open House New York will be sponsoring a tour of the Brooklyn Public Library's Central Library lead by Chief Librarian Richard Reyes-Gavilan. The tour will visit the building's public spaces as well as its underground stacks, the Hunt Collection of children's literature which has books dating back to 1740, and the Brooklyn Daily Eagle Morgue which houses clippings of the newspaper from between 1903 and 1955.
