Prices Increase in Brooklyn; Graffiti Exhibit at the MCNY

BROOKLYN—Residential sales prices increased more than 13 percent in Brownstone Brooklyn and North Brooklyn in the fourth quarter of 2013 over the same period last year, and 1.5 percent from the third quarter of 2013, according to a market report from Ideal Properties Group.
