"$20 million seems like poor value compared to the townhouse at 2 N. Moore with the swimming pool and 4,000+ more sq ft. And since it's essentially separate from the rest of One N. Moore, being a 'doorman building' isn't much of a perk. That's something to remember when you're paying $5K a month in Maintenance/CC.
