Standard scion Andres Balazs is no longer going to build a a hotel at JFK's Eero Saarinen-designed Terminal 5. After two years of negotiations, talks with Balazs fell apart before an agreement was reached. But the plan to redevelop the landmarked former TWA terminal is still going forward, with the Port Authority currently working with another bidder.
