Checking Out

Standard scion Andres Balazs is no longer going to build a a hotel at JFK's Eero Saarinen-designed Terminal 5. After two years of negotiations, talks with Balazs fell apart before an agreement was reached. It's unclear at this point whether the new plan will still include a hotel, or if other facilities will be prioritized. [Crain's; previously]
