With all six of its regular units closed on (one never-officially-listed apartment going to the developer himself), 1 North Moore is apparently ready to market its crown jewel, the 7,000-square-foot triplex "townhouse," which just hit the market for $20 million. Somewhat confusingly, #TH was on the market from 2011-2012 as a 5,115-square-foot maisonette, and has since then gained a floor and 2,000-square-feet, and doubled its price, indicating, perhaps, that it has been combined with another unit (maybe the one purchased by developer Zach Vella)?
Whatever the case, the 5BR/4.5BA residence is quite impressive, rivaling the "private suburb" of a townhouse across the street at 2 North Moore, which sold in 2010 for $24 million. That place featured an art studio, garage, inner courtyard and, sixth-floor pool, while this one boasts a two-car garage, private courtyard, expansive interiors, private elevator landings on two of the three levels, and, according to the brokerbabble, "one of the largest bathrooms in the city." Unfortunately, that bathroom isn't pictured and floorplans are not the most clear.
