Reade Chambers, the 17-unit condo building at 71 Reade Street (formerly known as the half-collapsed Tribeca building) with Annabelle Selldorf-designed interiors, has put four of its as-of-yet-unbuilt units on the market with prices ranging from $1.695 to $5.625 million. Despite its boutique size, the CBSK Ironstate (of The Jefferson fame)-developed project features the amenities of a much larger building, including a doorman, "technogym," children's playroom, pet grooming room, storage units, landscaped viewing garden, and shared roof deck. Apartments from the fourth floor up feature private elevator landings. Pricing has yet to be revealed for any of the three penthouses, but Penthouse A, a duplex with four bedrooms and two private terraces, should be the building's most expensive unit whenever it hits the market.
