This $6M Flatiron Penthouse Is a Grown-Up Coloring Book

It's definitely not for everyone (since not everyone is a studio artist) but this 4,150-square-foot penthouse atop 15 West 24th Street is pretty great for what it is. Just listed for $6 million, the 2BR/3BA apartment comes with a huge, open studio with a skylight, two separate work stations, and pretty large office tucked into the corner, as well as a sprawling private roof deck. The living portion of the unit is eclectically decorated with a dalmatian print carpet, green and pink walls, and some sort of windowed metal screen in front of a wall of glass bricks. There are also, in case you weren't convinced that this is a fun apartment, two enormous fruit sculptures (see if you can spot them both).
