Extell's One Riverside Park Rises To Meet Hudson Neighbors

New, 7 comments

Just one of many Extell projects under construction right now, One Riverside Park has been an elusive beast for the past few months. The last nugget of Riverside South's row of blocky developments along the Hudson River, which spans from 59th to 72nd streets, the building was set to launch sales in November, then sorta did before quickly recanting them in order to re-price them, a.k.a. adjust the asks way upwards. Sales kicked off for real earlier this month, with prices ranging from $1.9 to $25.75 million. While all this unfolded, the building itself has inched up. Designed by Goldstein, Hill & West, the building will rise to 35 stories, with a limestone base and a glassy top. It looks like ORP has risen to about its first setback, which means it's approximately one-third of the way to its full height. Upwards.
