Crown Heights Brownstone Asks $1.9 Million, and More

New, 4 comments

Welcome to the Brooklyn Townhouse Roundup, where we—you guessed it—take a look at the most notable Brooklyn townhouses to hit the market over the past week. Got tips? Send 'em here.

First up is this three-story brownstone in Crown Heights asking $1.9 million. The place underwent a full gut renovation in 2008, so there's now new plumbing, electric, HVAC, windows, façade, lighting, kitchens, bathrooms, and roof. There's a good looking private backyard, too.

Over in Bed-Stuy, this 3,400-square-foot brownstone is asking $1.599 million. There are lots of nice details, including white oak herringbone floors, two restored mantels, original moldings, pocket doors, and restored pocket shutters.

Finally, in Clinton Hill, this four-story townhouse is asking $1.799 million. It's spacious, sunny, and recently renovated (new roof, mechanicals, and electrical), and it appears to have some pretty nice views of Lower Manhattan.
