A financially struggling Yankee Stadium garage company wouldn't have to pay rent for a really long time if the plan to build a Major League Soccer arena on the site of one its outposts is approved. The Yankees and Manchester City owner and Abu Dhabi royalty Sheik Mansour bin Zayed al-Nahyan would pay $25 million for the garage that has to be demolished for the stadium, and then, additionally, a financial bailout plan floated last month means nonprofit Bronx Parking Development Co.
