Comment Of The Day

"I have been in this house (did some work for the Lee family a few years back), and it is truly spectacular and one-of-a-kind. You don't feel like you are in the city when you are inside. You can't create another courtyard like this because of zoning regulations, so if someone loves it, this is their only chance. Also, I should mention that Spike Lee and his wife Tonya were some of the warmest, most approachable people I have met on the UES or anywhere else for that matter. I hope they make bank on this sale! (my guess is that it trades in the upper $20s)."—anon [Step Inside Spike Lee's Historic Townhouse, Listed For $32M]
