In Contract

The meticulously renovated brownstone at 374 Pacific Street has entered contract for some $2 million less than its original asking price. But given that it was originally listed for a whopping $7.9 million, a final price in vicinity of $5.9 million is not too shabby. Some might even say it's completely bonkers. The 26-foot-wide house was in terrible shape when it sold in 2010 for $1.35M, but the makeover turned it into a stunner with a 35-foot atrium, smart home technology, and modern rear facade with a private yard.
