How Much For an Exposed Brick-Filled Seaport Duplex?

New, 41 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 1BR/2BA duplex with a large private terrace in the Seaport
Square Footage: 1,594
CC/Taxes: $2,378

This apartment is an interesting one, with one bed, two full baths, and a lower level with a ton of exposed brick. A small windowless room on that level is currently being used as a walk-in closet, while the upper level is occupied solely by the very well-lit bedroom and a large private terrace (the brokerbabble says it's 594 square feet, while the floorplan has it at 485 square feet, but either way, it's big). Also worth noting is the location—very close to both the waterfront and the Brooklyn Bridge. So, what do you think this pad is asking? Make your guesses in the comments.
