New residential developments are starting to trickle into the neighborhood surrounding the Barclays Center and Atlantic Yards. The latest addition is an 86-unit development by Read Property Group (the developer behind the Rheingold Brewery plans). Read plans to combine 670, 674, and 678 Pacific Street to build the Kutnicki Bernstein Architects-designed project, which will have bike storage, underground valet parking, and recreation space.
