HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOODS—The Historic Districts Council has announced its Six to Celebrate, a collection of neighborhoods and institutions that it will focus its preservation efforts on in the coming year. This year's list consists of Brooklyn's Atlantic Avenue, Forest Close in Queens, Staten Island's historic cemeteries, Madison Square North, Park Avenue, and the city's public libraries. There will be a Six to Celebrate Launch Party on Wednesday, January 29 at the LGBT Community Center on West 13th Street. [CurbedWire Inbox]

WEST CHELSEA—A tipster noticed that a construction fence has gone up at the future site of Zaha Hadid's High Line Spaceship on West 28th Street. The 11-story building will feature 37 residences of up to 5,500 square feet and, based on the renderings, we can't wait to see what it's going to look like in real life.
