A new 30-story residential tower is coming 1059 Third Avenue on the Upper East Side. Plans were filed with the Department of Buildings this week for a 481-foot-tall tower with 67 units to be designed by Manuel Glas Architects. The developers are Chance Gordy with Inverlad Development and Steve Mill. The lower levels will hold retail and offices, and the condos will occupy floors six to 30, with full-floor homes starting on the 13th floor. [YIMBY]
